I have a 1995 Suzuki 65 horse and I am having trouble with the tilt up on the tilt and trim unit. I replaced the up solenoid and it did not change anything. It goes down without an issue. It acts the same from the button on the side of the cowl and the control. Has anyone else had this problem?
