"I have a 1995 25hp evinrude that has sat for two years. I have cleaned the carburator several times it is clean, I changed the fuel lines, new fuel tank with gas/oil, new spark plugs, installed new kit in fuel pump. the engine idles great, but when you start to increase on the throttle the engine starts to lope really bad. its kinda like the timeing is not advanceing...I am running out ot ideas. any help?"
