"Initial start-up is very difficult if my engine starts at all.Once started and shut down, engine will fire up over and over all day.I rebuilt all carbs and replaced electic choke but still the same.I think I have a flooding problem since after tilting motor back and forth I got it started. Ineed help. Thank You"

do you have any other problems

do you have any other problems at any other times? sounds like maybe you might still have some crud in the carbs or worse water contamination. are you runnin a water/fuel separator?
