"Engine quits while trolling and fuel bulb looses pressure, but runs fine while on plane. If the bulb is pumped every minute or so while trolling it runs fine."

The bulb is not suppose to be

The bulb is not suppose to be under pressure when the motor is running as there is fuel flowing thru it. Check all your fuel lines and especially the primer bulb for cracks. They should all be soft and pliable. If OK rebuild your fuel pump.
