"Rebuilding the carburetors on a 115, the engine wasn't ran in 2 years and has a hard time idleing at specified idle speed. I'm understanding the engine don't have adjustment screws on the 2 lower carbs, what the best way to adjust the 2 upper carbs fuel/idle screws?"
