1994 Yamaha 9.9 Engine Problems...Please Help!

I recently change the oil in the motor. Since changing is I have been out fishing twice and tonight the motor ran for about two hours no problems and then suddenly shut off...no sputters just shut off. It started back up right away but then would run for about 5-10mins and shut off again. Changed plugs and did the same. Old plugs looked great. I got home and did a once over trying to figure out what is going on and pulled the oil dipstick out and the oil was very milky. All caps were tight after changing the oil. Any clue where or why this water is getting in the oil and why the motor is shutting off? Please Help!

Might be condensation from running cold. If you ever had an overheat the t-stat may be popped open allowing the motor to run cold. Be careful you don't break the screws when you pull the cover to inspect.
