Have you had this boat long? Was this the first hard running this year? Did you put gas with ethanol in it last year and let it sit over the winter? I doubt a 1994's fuel lines were designed to handle ethanol blended fuel and are being eaten away from the inside. Maybe the ethanol sitting all winter has eaten away the fuel lines and when you ran it hard the vibration and fuel flow shook all that eroded fuel line residue lose and has clogged the brass fuel jets in your carbs. Whatever you do.. DO NOT take it out and try to run it until you have checked and cleaned the brass fuel jets in every carb and cleared all fuel lines from the filter to the carbs. If you don't and one of those brass jets is clogged or partially clogged, you'll fry the rings in that cylinder as it won't be getting the proper fuel and OIL mix. I learned the hard way years ago. No fuel or a lean mix to a single cylinder will fry a 2-stroke.. scoreing the cylinder walls, cooking the rings and that means alot of money to re-bore the cylinder and re-ring it with the next size up.

No havent had the boat for long 1st time i've taken it out Should i run a compression check on it ? What should be the compession on each cylinder?
