"My motor is emitting a continuous beep while started. It uses a quicksilver electric start. I filled the oil to full and it did not stop. I do not have a manual for the electric start, but I think that it could be one of the following:

- Overheating due to blockage on the water intake
- Low charge on the battery

Any recommendations?"

"How do I get it "unstuck" to stop the beep? Aside from disconnecting the battery while in use, which I obviously don't want to do."

Disconnect the sensor itself -

Disconnect the sensor itself - find the wires going to it and simply unhook them..
