"gentlemen - my son has the re

"gentlemen - my son has the referenced motor. it skips at high rpms when cold. does ok when warmed up. it also stalls at low rpms. mechanics told us that the stalling is particular to the model yr. a mechanic has gone over the engine multiple times re the skipping (coils, etc etc) with no luck. any ideas

What are the idling RPM's in gear? should be at least 850 to 900 RPM's
