"HEY CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH A PROBLEM STARTS AND RUNS ROUGH REV ENGINE THEN SETTLES BUT THEN SOUNDS LIKE NO POWER CHECKED SPARK WITH TIMING LIGHT ALL GOOD, PULLED PLUGS LEFT SIDE WET AND RIGHT SIDE DRY CAN THIS BE CARB PROBLEM , THEY WERE REBUILT LAST YEAR. DOES TOP CARB SUPPLY TOP PLUGS AND BOTTOM SUPPLIES BOTTON PLUGS ."

yes you are correct top feeds top
try this test start motor if you can get it to idle pump the prime ball if the motor runs rough
there is a hole in the diapram in the fuel pump
