The Temperature swtich that comes out of the port block has two wires a tan and a white i beleive the tan goes to the alarm but where does the white go and how can i get a temperature gauge to work with this?

That switch is not used for a temperature gauge.-----See a dealer to het a temperature gauge kit for your motor.

The white wire cancels "Fast Start" when a specific temperature is reached.

If you see a threaded hole on the cylinder head, that would be where a temperature sensor would be installed. There is also a kit that contains a "L" shaped bracket whereas that bracket would be attached to a head bolt to hold a heat sensor.
