My 1994 evinrude 140hp v4 is begins cutting when I get over about half throttle(no tach) I've replace power pack plugs and wires and thermostats.Rebuilt carbs. According to the temp gun my heads were about 160°. I am on a portable.fuel tank. The reservoir was removed when I got it so I pre mix. Does anyone do the at what temp does does safe mode activate. And is there a way to disable safemode? Thanks
