I have a bad tilt cylinder { manual} anyone know where to find a used part? any help would be great!

ive read about some other places and even had some saved on my favs of my other comp, but its down right now.

i looked up a new one on shopevinrude.com and on marine engine-part #0434037.....wow $415 on both sites....you could add a little money to that and buy an aftermarket tilt/trim unit
