1994 4.3 Change Out Info

"Have a 1994 4.3 non vortec but has a balance shaft. Block and all froze, cracked, sat thru a thaw rusted now an anchor.
I already have new Exhaust manifolds.
Have read lots of posts on the site, great info, but I need to know if I change up to a real Vortec will all the equipment on the front bolt on, Alt, power steering etc?? How about the distributor?? I know I will have to get a edelbrock 2114 intake. Anything else or shall
I go back to a stock long block for simplicity??

"Found a 1993 4.3 4x4 Jimmy engine 120,000 kilometers, same casting numbers as my dead one.
Still has crosshatch in the jugs.
Off to the shop to get honed and frostplugs, hot tanked. New rings and bearings heads checked.
Seems contiversal but I will use the Jimmy cam as the old one has watermarks."

Waiting for the ice to come off for a test run.
Used all the guts from the old engine, it had 240hrs. Had crank and cam ground, the old had watermarks. New rings etc. Heads are redone. Checked the waterpump and all is good."

The PO had run a two new wires,one for oil pressure sending unit and also a new wire for the solenoid. So I decide to investigate. The factory harness has the two wires crossed somewhere, I suspect in the large connector, I just tidied up the wire and left it as I cant see getting into the factory plug."
