"I have a 1994 mariner and the pee hole has no or little water coming out. my owners manual says it should pee water all the time, the dealer said "no" only when the motor is hot. they explained it is because of the thermostat.who is wright? they installed a new impeller&thermostat."

"IT should Definatly Pee out the Tel Tale constantly. If it doesnt check your tel tale tube and where it connects on both sides. Most of the time there is just crap in thier restricting it. Otherwise it is a Impeller, water pump issue, or restriction somehwere else. Is it running at a good temp?"
