My 1994 trim/tilt motor will n

My 1994 trim/tilt motor will not do anything. I hear a click when I press the switch on the throttle and that is it. I replaced both relays - didn't help. Any suggestions out there?

"Actually - got it working tod

"Actually - got it working today. A local mechanic suggested I try tapping on the motor because it may have gotten a little corroded and seized up. Initially that didn't work. So what I did was run the motor for a while and let it vibrate and bounce a bit and eventually the trim motor worked. I know it is a little hoaky, but I am happy. Hopefully it works long enough for me to trade it off for a more reliable, up-to-date unit. Thanks for your input though."
