"Almost anything is possible,

"Almost anything is possible, but are you willing to pay the price?

As you note, no teeth on the flywheel - so need a new one (or used one) - new flywheel from Merc, upwards of 400 bucks.

Starter, somewhere between 100-200 (OEM or aftermarket), solenoid (about 35 bucks), cables, starter switch and a battery...

You could easily drop 800 bucks at a Merc dealer and you would have electric start - used/aftermarket count on at least 300-400....

Guess you have to consider how much of an inconvenience pulling it is...."
