SO FRUSTRATED!!!, motor is a 1993 140(VJ140TLETC), past 1/4 throttle it spits and sputters and will not accelerate, but i will creep out, shut off, boat will sit for hours while fishing or just hanging out, end of day start and run with no problems, did this pretty much all last year and just did it yesterday, last year was told it was a water in fuel issue, have added a separator, replaced filters treated fuel, have ran through more than a tank of fuel last year, filled tank and treated for winter, water issue would run bad all the time regardless of throttle position, anyone have any suggestions or possible causes
