Hello new to forum just received a 13’ Boston whaler with a 25hp evinrude outboard one problem with engine is on the primer/choke solenoid one nipple has no hose on it and fuel streams out when cranking motor the other small nipple is connected to the carb and manifold via a tee and the larger fuel line is connected to the carb the previous owner seems to think this small nipple was capped off the engine has a single carb any help would be
