1993 Evinrude 120 V4 Will not turn over

Good afternoon. Does anyone have a schematic for this engine or have suggestions as to why the engine will not crank? Hot battery, kill switch good, everything on the boat works but engine will not turn over. Power tilt/trim. Thank you!
 
I have an out board OMC 150 Hp. I just bought it and have been told that it has been serviced.
It started fine and after one hour cruising when I turned it off, it wouldn't start. Keep cranking but the engine does not come on.
Did I may be pump it too much and flooded it or could be something else?
I need some advice
 
Smokey------Kill switch prevents SPARK not CRANKING.------Make sure control is in neutral for the NEUTRAL START switch to be closed to allow cranking.
