Water outlet was plugged . Upon further inspection. I see a 90* nipple on the exhaust housing .part #35 /0321886.: anyway there's no plug or hose on it .
Should there be?

So I found a diagram in the service manual . I also checked it and it is free to the water jacket . I am going too cap it . Might have washed the old piece out yesterday on clean up. Anyways the hose routing on the right is non existent on mine , think it's for the 6 cylinders .

That nipple is used on all models 6 to 300 HP I believe.

I see it in the manual as going too a water control valve on the v6/V8 models .
Capping it off is fine ?
