How are you measuring the power from the other components?? DVA equipped meter or adapter?

What readings are you getting???

Using a basic automotive volt meter. Getting up to 55 volts on the stator on one side and 17-18 on the other. Getting 15 volts on the leads going to the coils with them disconnected from the coils. If they are connected, it shows nothing going in or coming out of the coils.

You can't use just a regular old meter. The readings are not what they need to be and you have no way of knowing if they are in fact correct or not.

From a DVA equipped meter you should be getting 125-260 Volts out of one side of the stator and 10-75 from the other. And the switchbox should be sending 125-320 volts down to the coils.

Without the proper tester you can't tell what "isn't" working properly.
