Hello all. I currently have a no crank situation. Here is the back story . I had a no spark issue, had to buy a new battery. I was doing a neutral safety switch test per the omc manual and one of the connection ears broke. I spliced the 2 wires together. Next i checked my key switch and everything tested fine. I reconnected everything at the switch as it was before i removed it. I go to crank the engine and i have nothing. All i hear is the standard tone when put in the run position but when i move the key to start the motor doesn’t turn over. Starter doesn’t try to engage or anything. I am stumped!!!

Check the wiring going to your neutral safety switch seeing you were messing with that.

One if the connections broke off on my neutral switch. I spliced the 2 wires together and still will
it turn over. Guess i need to check the 20 amp inline fuse again. It did not look blown though
