1993 40hp Force just quit

We were going along full speed and it just quit. Replaced gas line, spark plugs, gas filter, pout new gas in. Will start and run with full throttle, put throttle down half way and quits.

Check the fuel pump.Change fuel lines on the motor.Clean carb.J
