1993 30 Evinrude Outboard

I have been having trouble reach top end on my 30hp E-Rude outboard. Idle and low speeds are fine but when I give it the gas it bogs and sputters. I ran a can of spray carb clean through it, added sea foam to new gas and mixed oil at 50:1. Any thoughts? All help is much apprecieated!

You simply have to start with a compression test. -------Check that you have strong spark on each cylinder.-----------------I always say this , and it is up to you to start with the trouble shooting.----------------The carburetor on these motors must be taken apart for proper cleaning.

Thanks, I ended up taking it a e-rude service center they suggested a carb kit also.
