I Have A 1993? Johnson motor. The steering is real loose on it. There is a screw with a spring around it on the right side of the motor you can tighten it but it just keeps loosening up. How can you fix this? It doesnt seem like the screw comes all the way out. When I try to take it out it gets real hard to turn at the end so I don't want to force it. Any ideas on this?
