I have 150 hp evinrude high performance that sneezes and won’t idle at low idle. Carbs have been cleaned twice by a shop and still sneezes. I cleaned a tried time and replace all carb bowls as they were all wrapped. Mechanic said all reeds looked good. Isles at about 5mph ok, Dies when go to take off unless you hit the choke right before shifting and bottle the throttle. 110-115 pounds compression. Any suggestions? Heard somewhere to choke one carb at a time until it goes away would indicate which carb might be dirty? No tach. Sucks gas like crazy, at least I think it consumes a lot
