1992 yamaha 60hp 2 stroke no 2 piston destroyed

Hi.I have this 60HP three cylinder that has no compression on no2.Opened it up and found the piston and sleeve badly scoured.Piston was also caked with a black and greasy substance.The top and bottom compression was 130PSI on both and they look fine.This motor has autolube.Does anybody have an idea what caused this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks Pieter.

Ok found the problem.It was a reconned crank and there was not enough clearance between the big end side of the conrod and the web.(split crank)It did not get enough lubrication and started seizing and caused the crank to twist aswell.Actually I don't know which came first The Twisting or the seizing.
