1992 Mercury Black Max 200

Could someone please tell me what the optimum fuel for a Mercury Black Max 200 is, should it be unleaded and what octane ?? Also need to know what spark plugs it should use Bosch or equivalent ??

89 gas and NGK BU8H plugs only.

Thanks timebandit for the response, is the 89 gasolene you are referring to a leaded or unleaded fuel, I am in Africa where we different blends
