"I run twin 454 big blocks and I am noticing steam rise from the area of the connection of the manifold and engine block after 10 -20 seconds of running. I am not aware if it sticks around long but I am losing antifreeze at a low rate but see no external leaks. Manifolds were replaced last season (not by me, previous boat owner) and in good shape. My guess is that the gasket is either damaged or installed incorrectly. I have no overheating issues and engines run smooth. The ironic part is that this is happening on both engines leaving me to think that the gasket may not be the answer. Any help?????"
