"Hello. I purchased a early 90's 2.5 hp. mariner boat engine. The engine was submerged under water than put in a garage to sit for a couple years. I got it running fairly well but the water pump does not seem to be pumping sufficiently. Also the person i bought it from lost the cover that goes over the top of the engine. Does anyone know where i may be able to purchase parts for this engine. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I dont know really where to look, i am new to the boat engine game."
