1992 Johnson 40hp Tiller conversion?

I got a great deal on a 92 Johnson 40 outboard (Model #: TJ40ELENM) and would like to convert it from controls to tiller. I can't seem to find a conversion kit and was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated.

A donor motor is about the only way to go.-------Or visit E-bay.---Have you looked at the parts breakdown for a 2 cylinder " commercial " model like yours for 1992 ?

I've been combing through eBay and haven't had any luck yet. I hadn't thought to check their commercial models. There seems to be quite a few, any idea which would be compatible?
