I have a 1992 evinrude 115 and I'm having trouble getting on plane. I found black and brown specs in the gas when I checked the gas in the fuel hose. I changed the inline filter and added a 10 micron filter between the tank and the primer bulb and replaced the fuel hose. Pulled the plugs on the 2 throttle bodies and sprayed carb cleaner in every hole I could find in the carb throats. Everything looks clean. Also replaced the hoses from the filter to the carbs. Hoses seemed fine when I split them open. Took it out 2 days ago and it was spitting and coughing at idle, which got a little better as the day went on, and I'm turning 5300 RPM at WOT, was getting 5600 before this problem. Also, takes longer to get on plane. Sorry for the long post. Any advice????
