This guy is a pretty good auto mechanic he feels it is wore out. It idles good and runs good until you open it up it starts out ok then starts slowing down and missing lots of water coming out so it is not getting hot. What parts do you guys recommend he replace to fix this.Isnt it normally the plastic cover the slow needle screws into the culprit? Always install a new gasket and dont overtighten the screws they are prone to cracking.

I would start here then you can rebuild the carb if necessary after installing new fuel lines. electric start or pull?
