1992 9.9 hp Evinrude will not start

I have a 1992 9.9 Evinrude which will not start. Two weeks ago it started and ran fine. Today it will not. There is definitely fuel to the cylinders but I cannot determine any fire to the plugs. Any help is certainly appreciated.
