1992 60 hp mariner power trim issue

My power trim will not keep the engine up. I need to keep trimming the engine up a little every minute or two. It dose not have any external leak. When tilted all the way up, It takes about 20 minutes to fall all the down. Any one know how to fix this?

Sounds like a leaking solenoid valve.

Make sure your manual release screw is snug...
