1992 25hp Evinrude Powerhead question

I'm working on my 1992 25hp Evinrude (TE25ELENS). I removed the powerhead to replace the lower crank seal. My question is, do I use any sealant one the gasket to the powerhead, or the exhaust tube to the powerhead?

Also, do I use a sealant on the power head to the engine cover or is the gasket good enough?

If the gaskets say " use no sealer", don't. Otherwise use OMC Gasket Sealing Compond or Permatex # 3.
