i have a 1992 225 evinrude that is not firing just got it out of shop . replaced the rectifer and power pack . cranced good when it left the dealer (mechanic) went fishing has stopped firing came home got on line . looked for possible solutions . internet says stater should be putting out between 900 to 950 ohms i checked it with my meter between the two wires and only got 700 on one side and 650 on other if i checked it right any sugestions thanks
