1992 150hp Johnson idling problems

Having idle problems. Rebuilt carbs., new manifold seal, new fuel lines. I have been told that I may have to change the idle air jets. Can't find any information on this subject. What size? etc. ? Any suggestions?

Is this something that started suddenly ? --------Is there spark on all six that will jump a gap of 7/16" ?---What are the compression values?

Motor runs great at mid to high speed. Going back to dock, trying to get up on trailer it cuts out or running up to beach, etc.. The motor is new to me. There is strong spark on all 6 cylinders. compression is 85lb and even on all cylinders. Seems to be a little lean when trying to run along slow. Rpm 850 in gear at idle.
