"I was running about 3000 rpm&

"I was running about 3000 rpm's and it felt like one of my tanks (gas) went empty. I swapped tanks and when I started up the engine never cleared up. In a way it feels like trash got into the carbs. I pulled the cover off of the carburetors and held throttle wide open during take off, I can visually see the gas going into both carbs. It feels as if the motor is running on 2 or 3 cylinders. Is it possible it could be the stator or the power pack? I greatly appreciate any information ....You guys have been awesome with help on pass issues."

each cyl should jump 7/16 of an inch,i really dont think that the stator would affect one or two cyls,it would cause weak or no spark to all.
if not its always good to check carbs /clean/rebuild,,,etc"
