1991 Evinrude 48 SPL, Help me Identify this part or a solution to level motor.

anyone know how to level a motor without building a new transom? My motor sits with too much of an angle and I dont have a trim kit. I am looking for the best solution to make my motor sit even with the boat.

The second question is what is this part with the arrows called that when the motor is down sits flat on the motor mount. I cant attach pictures for some reason.

Is the tilt pin in there? (The one that goes in your choice of the row of holes at the bottom of the stern brackets)

Is the motor tilted in to far or out ??
