"i have checked grounds, changed ignition because when i did get it started i couuldnt turn it off with the key. lanyard switch at first would not stop motor at first until i connected the wires right. after this the engine started right up. waited two days tried it again and same problem, no fire. battery is reading at 11.8 volts is this two low to start the engine. any suggestions please help"

"Jessie, you say "no fire" - do you mean that it won't turn over (starter sitting there doing nothing), or it turns over but the motor won't start???"
 
sounds like you have not hooke

check all connections
battey needs to be at least 12.5

"every thing was hooked up when i bought it, i have taken it out a few times. at first i thought it was just a cold start thing, because when it starts it will restart all day, but let it set a couple of days and it starts the same thing again"

"i went and pulled all the spark plugs, i primed the bulb, even lifted the red lever on the engine to by pass the push key choke and all the spark plugs when pulled were dry. that don't seem right"
