1991 15 HP Evinrude Throttle Cable

I just converted my 15 hp Evinrude back to a tiller handle and I cannot see where to hook up the throttle cable. I have attached the ball under the holder and now the cable end is sticking out with a small ball joint on the end. Where does this hook up? Anyone with a picture of their motor would be really helpful. 9.9 or 15 hp. I can see all the parts on the parts diagram, but not where it connects. Thanks in advance.

Connects to the vertical throttle shaft #25.
