when im out fishing, my fish locater keeps flashing low voltage sign. so i replaced recterfier. checked stator
for shorts, seems to be ok. on my recterfier i should get a reading in one direction but not the other. i understand the diode is like a gate. no reading on rect. could it be a bad rect from store???
