We purchases a boat with this motor on it. Someone tried to take the motor and cut all of the electric and hoses. We have repaired those and the electric accessories (horn, aerator, etc) all work. When we try to start the motor there is absolutely nothing. It does not try to turn over or make a single noise. Any thoughts? Is there a fuse somewhere that might have blown when they tried to take the motor?
