Really !----Your motor is NOT an EFI model.----Look a little higher on the list mate !!----18 to 70 models.---What it say ????----Just another example of manuals that belong in the wee house with the 1/4 moon in the door.
 
Ok, I definitely missed that, Thank You. I will install a new woodruff key and use the correct torque spec. Any ideas on the flooding issue? Its like it almost starts to turn over for a couple of cranks
