"How do you remove the carb from a 1990 Evinrude 25 hp, the nut to remove it is up against the starter and I have no idea how to get the starter off. I tried to remove the long bolts at the bottom but there is not enough room to get a wrench down there!"

"I tried to do that but if you are looking at the front of the motor, there is a place to remove a nut from the starter bracket, I remove the nut but it looks like a bolt with no head and I have no way of removing it from engine. Also it looks like the throttle linkage is connected to it, does that come off to?"
