1990 evinrude 200 xp

need help i have a 1990 evinrude 200 xp and i am trying to remove cylinder block to replace piston rings and to hone my cylinders , i ahve removed all the nuts and bolts ,flywheel ,stator ,timing base , everything that i can see but i still cannot get the block to break free

Is the block removed from the exhaust housing ??????--Are the tapered dowels out of the block ???---------If the block will not come off the exhaust housing then post how many bolts have been removed and how many nuts have been removed , in order to do this part of the job.
