"I experienced another Champio
"I experienced another Champion QL77JC4 (.030" Gap) failure - 3 total in the last 4 months. All the plugs looked good but just stopped firing.
I made a Joe Reeves spark tester and I have a good blue spark 7/16" on all six (6).
Also, all the plugs look like they are not firing very hot. Power head was just rebuilt - you may have seen my previous posts. Compression test on all six (6) is ~92 psig. I even increased the gap to .040" and it didn't seem to help - still a wet appearance.
Is an NGK plug any better than the Champion? Is there another plug I can use that fires hotter?
Thanks in advance.
