my problem is that my engine i
my problem is that my engine is always at a 3000 rpm derate. After idling out the channel it will not go above 3000 rpm when you take off unless you cycle the key real fast then it will run to high rpm. As long as your above 4000 rpm it will run fine .anywhere below 4000 and above 3000 it will go back to 3000 derate within 10 seconds.i have cheked all sensors and they all test fine. the only thing i cant test is control box and CDI. any ideas please!!!!!!
